In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of the law for Confidence in the Digital Economy, as well as the decree of 10 January 2017 relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a property transaction, we inform you about:

our agency fees


- Sale of a house or a flat:          6.00% incl. VAT on the sales price  -  to be paid by the principal (seller or buyer)

- Rental (furnished seasonal) :    25%  incl. VAT on the rent  -  to be paid by the principal (owner or tenant)

These rates include VAT. They include the visit, negotiation and completion of the sale or rental file.
